How to Measure
Alterations to achieve the perfect fit are very much a part of the Bridal journey and for this reason, all Catherine Deane bridal styles are designed with easy alterations in mind. See below our guide on how to measure yourself to select your best possible size:
BUST
The fullest part of your bust is measured around your whole frame. Always try and wear a bra similar to one that you would on the day.
WAIST
The slimmest part of your natural waistline -below your ribcage and above your navel.
HIP
The fullest part of your hips. Approximately 20 cm below your natural waistline.
WAIST TO HEM LENGTH
Long dresses and wedding gowns are typically cut between 115cm - 120cm from the waist unless otherwise specified.
The wide-leg Aurelia Trousers showcase beautifully tailored details with its wide waistband, french pockets and box pleats at the front waist. Cut from a bridal ivory colored heavy satin that adds pearlescent sheen to any bridal separates look, these trousers pair perfectly with an array of our lace tops and toppers.
